Entrepreneurial culture. Willing to implement new ideas and processes and then quickly course correct when mistakes are made.

Cons

Decision making is consolidated to a few leaders and can sometimes bottleneck.

Pros

- Had the opportunity to work with a great team - Met some special clients along the way - A look at "luxurly living"

Cons

- Were not a lot of opportunities to receive growth as a designer, mainly an "order taker." While this may suit some just fine, once you're ready to graduate into other design opportunities elsewhere you realize how much you didn't learn - Often, the "core value" culture may be emphasized but not put into practice by leaders - It gets boring quickly
