Cons
The clientele; most people who shop here think they're above others because they're shopping in a "higher end" store. Another negative was the fact that corporate had no idea what was really going on at the store level. Raises were done as a percentage, so it never kept up with cost of living or what you put into the ojb. The only time would when receiving a promotion.
