team oriented, organized, strong values, good execution in all problems, I was able to use my creative drive everyday at work, the people were amazing, and many many more things I loved working for RH. it was a great experience for me

Cons

Nothing I totally loved working for them. The only reason I stopped working there was because school became very demanding at the time.

Pros

The clientele base is fantastic, the employees are wonderful . Design aesthetic is a high standard . One I was very proud of. The business model is innovative and a leader in the marketplace.

Cons

Over management, too many Leaders watching everything you do and I mean everything! Too much criticism from Leadership and no appreciation of our hard work even when our sales were good. I felt like a retail slave, with very bad scheduling. Worked all weekends, nights, and if you asked for a specific day off you were sent to "jail" afterwards and had to work 6 or 7 days in a row without a break. I missed many family events, and very little time for my personal life.

Everything. No 401K match, bad work environment, no work life balance, very unorganized and chaotic, bad product, miserable people.
