Pros

As a designer you get to somewhat have autonomy and have your own business. Products are beautiful. Very meaningful client interaction and connections.

Cons

You will be more of sales person than a designer. The job descriptions and interviews can be deceiving. Management and leadership does not care about it's people. They pretend that feedback is important and they have an open door policy, which in reality does not exist. The culture is so unique that you either have to change yourself to fit within the standard or you need to leave. Constant client service issues and damages.

Pay was 18.00 hour. Schedule was perfect for my lifestyle at the time,

Cons

Management did not foster a quality environment. Calls were evaluated once a month and you were judged off of that 1 call for your performance. Calls are not evaluated on a consistent basis and your quality is driven by Client Surveys.

Cons

They do not live by there core values, they treat there employees like garbage. No leadership, dis-organized, great vision but no execution
