Pretty good benefits and like the people I work with

Cons

Leadership over promises and under delivers. They preach certain values but the leadership does not really show them. Also when you try to have have conversations with them about career path, issues or challenges there is no support, they don't listen and you get the values thrown back at you. Also there is a high level of immaturity. If you do something leaders do not like they are passive aggressive and will purposely ignore requests.

Pros

You can get involved in design projects soon after being hired, but there is so much to learn about the company's product line, the work is challenging. You have to know outdoor furniture, plumbing fixtures, rugs, bedding, tons of fabrics and wood finishes, lighting--so much! It's fun if you're interested.

Cons

Long days, and pressure to sell, although payment isn't by commission.
