Pay, my in store people, when I started I loved everything about the company, especially the values! My store team was great!

Cons

Lack of leadership follow through. Lots of hipocracy when it came to leaders, some things were ok for one person to do and not another. Hard to tell when you were being praised or lied to, lots of back stabbing.
