There are extremely bright people who work for this company that have been an absolute honor and privilege to work with.
Cons
-A lot of Senior Management are the kind of people with the work ethic where they are just okay with not knowing anything. -Great employees who actually know their stuff are incredibly underpaid while other mid - senior level managers are disgustingly overpaid. -Everything about this company is a cult. We all answer to Lord Gary Friedman and the culture of this company is that we run like chickens with our heads cut off whenever he says anything. -Some aspects of the business are overseen by complete bullies. Absolutely malicious human beings who don't actually care about their people, just about what services them the best.
