      Pros

      The people that work in the trenches are amazing people who work for little to nothing for a dollar. They try hard.

      Cons

      Search sexual harassment, Restoration hardware, West Jefferson Ohio. These women lost their jobs, they were psychologically tortured for coming forward with their sexual harassment claims by the director, who was the culprit; his boss, and all of his underlings. It is public knowledge readily found on the internet. The only one that wasn’t immediately terminated, was abused for years after, until she quit.

      Pros

      Tries to be an open and supportive environment that pays attention to employees feeling. Working with lots of creative people. In the store you get to work with lots of clients and build your experience very quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes oversell the company to employees with promises of greatness but you end up selling furniture on a sales floor.
