Potential for great tips (but now tip sharing). Beautiful setting.

Cons

They don't put trust in their people. They micro-manage people to the point of defeat. Almost cult-like. Even customers have commented/observed. If you work until close, you have extra jobs that can take 4+ hours (at $2.13 per hr). Inconsistent & poor DR Leads.
