Ability to take ownership of a Home Delivery Center

Cons

Forced to use specific 3PL's due to upper management's relationships regardless of how they performed even when they are subpar at best! If the 3PL was not as they say RH quality it didn't matter! You used them anyways or else even if it ment your location was performing bad due to the horrible metric scores for the company used! The values the company stands behind is nothing more than smoke and mirrors!

Paid the bills and provided financial stability. Aligned with my interest in interior design. Fully remote, offering flexibility.

Cons

Company culture felt overly focused on the founder, with meetings resembling a form of worship. The online work environment was often chaotic and draining. Dealing with overly demanding and pretentious customers could be exhausting. Excessive employee monitoring, such as being flagged for not using the mouse for a few minutes, felt intrusive.
