Well paid relatively for the job.
Cons
Nice people work here. The environment is toxic due to poor management. People are treated like children. It is an open space office and the headset gave me migraines. I asked if I could have an accommodation and use the same kind as they use in the USA and they wouldn't allow it. Everything looks amazing, the product the values. Sadly they don't practise these values and do not support or empower their employees. People looked exhausted and sickly in the office. There are many unwritten rules here unless you are very robust avoid it for your mental health.
