      Pros

      Depending on how you like to be challenged while working, RH will require you to get a lobotomy. Narcissistic behavior is encouraged and used all day long. Stupidity is a core skill set. Bad people, bad environment, bad pay, bad future…… zero good things to say about working here

      Cons

      People are the core reason this is failing. Leadership team and fellow coworkers are vindictive. Everyone talks negative about each other as soon as you leave a room. Unless you have been mentally and emotionally abused by CEO in past, fellow leadership team does not take to new comers. Your culture and values is a joke, a child could come up with better slogans

      My associates and direct reports were mostly amazing

      Cons

      Work 60-85 hours/ week. Leadership is against you. The 11 principles never applied and was great marketing. Your supervisors are abusive and will take full advantage of you while doing little to help. Rules for thee, none for me. Will work you an abusive amount so your directors can make a bigger bonus. 0 time off. Your superior will attempt to write you up for anything, and will make up reasons if they don't have any. Your senior lead is an absolute joke. Watching the stock prices fall makes me imagine the hours are even worse now. I can go on for another hour, but you get the idea.
