They hire great people. The Galleries are lovely. Training is very good. Onboarding is excellent.

Cons

Low salary for experienced individuals. No financial recognition for excellent contributions. Gas Lighting. No real commitment to professional growth. (This may be different at the Corporate Headquarters.) Poor Leadership. Values sound great, but they are not practiced. Working evenings and weekends-- no advance scheduling. extremely high turnover.
