Absolutely zero work life balance. Arbitrary decision making from leadership, leading to wasted time and resources. “Never say no” culture.

The people are amazing The work environment (the building) very clean and well kept Cool random benefits (Free Dinners etc) Vacation days (once you work there for 3+ years) are a lot

Cons

The “shifts” are more retail based (7 days a week 10am - 9pm) so you have to work a “closing shift” every week and one weekend day a week. They can change your schedule at any given time without notice The pay really should be more given the amount you are responsible for Clients can be difficult
