- Led by vision and values, a place where you can grow personally and professionally - Leaders are committed to growth and understanding how to do hard things like have coaching conversations, giving and receiving feedback - RH is beautiful, when people walk through the door their jaws drop, it's an inspiring environment - The opportunities to advance in career - opportunities to learn about interior design, crafts people around the world, artisans around the world

- This is a retail job so working nights and weekends is part of the gig but it can still feel like a pain point - vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave could use some improvement, the policies are outdated and no longer reflect the level of employee value that I think a lot of companies are waking up to
