It's genuinely fun if you've got good people. There were times I left after the day feeling so connected and joyful in general. It came at a perfect point in my life because I was new to the industry. There's exposure to creative thinking, high end clientele experience, and some luxury 101 training - for real I still carry things I learned there as a standard now.

Cons

Anyone who could have any real design opportunities- this would be a no from me since it is somewhat basic and overrated. Don't drink the kool-aid. !
