You get to work with awesome people. This job is essentially retail NOT a design position, so it requires you to be a good salesperson as you'll interact face-to-face with customers of all sorts. It's a fun job if you love working with people.

Cons

Management doesn't micro-manage. You get to figure out your own way of working, so organization skills are key.
