Working here is like being back in high school. There are clicks, bullying, gossip and the management team is the worst of them all. They foster leading by fear and shaming. In no way do they promote the company values.

pros to working at RH was that some of my colleagues were really great people and we have stayed friends after our time there. It was also fun to work with really nice clients.

Cons

The culture at RH is very weird. It's cult-y and intense. They really push their "values" but truly only care about making money and not the well being of their employees.
