Pros
Nice place to work for with competent coworkers. Seems to be potential for growth and decent base pay compared to other places in my area. No need to hit the gym because it is a workout.
Cons
Management treats Gary F like a god and somewhat cult like. Weekly incentive and payroll goals can be nearly impossible to reach. No commission for sales. Keep you as part time to avoid full time benefits even if you work full time hours.
