      CEO is an egomaniac. Every couple of years they totally restructure the company and let people go

      Pros

      I enjoyed the peers I worked with and the benefits were nice. They have an extensive training which is extremely helpful.

      Cons

      The environment was a little toxic. The manger was having an affair with an employee and they did not value certain employees that were the ones who actually did a better job than others. They had a “premadonna” employee that made everyone want to leave.

      The showroom is well designed.

      Cons

      Crazy work environment. Was reprimanded for calling out issues and trying to make progress to improve the work environment. All ideas were shot down because of management control issues.
