Lack of focus, changes are made without completely thinking everything through. Very unorganized

The management team at the corporate level seems to be very disconnected and "full of themselves." The wage scales are significantly below average. The work areas for all departments reflect the call center mentality throughout the company providing miniscule or no work spaces. Very much a third world mentality toward employees.
