      Pros

      Decent work life balance A lot of people here are very talented but management don’t know how to utilize them in a way that makes sense. Snacks? Lol

      Terrible management , the CEO is a joke. Over inflated sense of ego , horrible “fast fast fast” mantra, and now he bailed out on showing up right before the second round of mass layoffs for the year (quarter of staff are gone and closed off a bunch of markets). If they focused on running this business, being realistic, and not suing everyone maybe it could have survived. Very unstable company. Even many managers and other employees are jumping this sinking ship. Never saw a bigger waste of money or experienced this kind of company culture in my whole career. Avoid.
