      There are no pros about Rex.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Call you at a funeral to work, on vacation, at 10pm. Don’t waste your time, money isn’t worth it.

      Poor C-Suite Leadership - no real business strategy or vision of the company Poor Account Management Leadership - people with no real Management experience who choose favorites (it is noticeable) Quarterly Goals that are identified mid to late quarter which were always unrealistic Mass lay-offs only to rehire and promote the people who were left on because they are cheap labor and don't have the drive to look for a new job Pay was sub par for the industry and the geo-locations
