      Pros

      Great, hard working people at most levels. Most just go along with the flow to keep their jobs that are under constant scrutiny. High tech company. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Upper level management is terrible. Temper tantrums by management are the norm, not the exception. We keep hiring more management into the buddy system and nothing ever gets any better. Too many Germans are here taking US jobs due to the buddy system.

      There is nothing good about this crap hole

      This is the worst place I have ever worked.. I got harassed everyday and nothing was ever done about it.. they do not give a cap about their employees.

      Its existence is global. Its product address to many sector so the company makes easy to bridge economic crises. Good salary level.

      Cons

      Too much internal rules. Move slow if any action to be taken against competitor. Growing only organically.
