      Pros

      Acceptable location and work environment, opportunity to get job training overseas, flexible work schedule within the department, ability to perform certain job duties autonomously.

      Cons

      Lack of well-defined career development/advancement programs, company stock purchase benefit not available, vacation and sick days not too competitive.

      Great Benefits, No personal life

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, Overtime is not a problem. Employees are easy to work with.

      Cons

      While overtime is nice, working 6 days a week 12 hours a day gets old real quick. If you ask for anytime off it is like you are letting the company down.
