      If you live un Cullman, it is close to home

      Management advicates favoritism. Low wages for industry. Leadership is fragmented and decisions for the site are made based on a global, rather than local, state of the industry. Ownership is unwilling to move with the industry needs and is slow to act.

      A great place to learn but don't stay too long. Not worth it!

      Global presence. Normally promotes from within. Strong processes. The company is Willing to give a chance to grow if you put your hand up. Frugal culture focused on sustainability. Well diversified business. A classic mittelstand in terms of stable growth and conservative.

      Cons

      Strong involvement of the owner family undermines the middle and senior management authority. Strong culture to assign blame which reduces the risk taking ability. Lack of trust all the way from the top leading to a strong controlling culture. Very political from middle management and up. Very inward looking company.
