Pros

Close to home, good people to work with, friendly, and nice environment to work in. Also some of the best pay for the easiest work around. The people who complain about working here are people who probably dont have much work experience to begin with. You all should be glad to even have a job, and yes there are lots of people like me waiting for you to leave so i can get on with my life working for a company that consistently provides work. The complaints are also from people who evidently most likely have never left Cullman County Alabama or the state of Alabama for that matter who should count yourself lucky to be able to even procure a job. To complain about this job is just ridiculous on your part maybe you need more education on how the real world works.as always hard work rewards.(your check). You can always quit and do nothing back at your trailer if you want. I love to work and would never talk bad about a company im working for, thats just ignorent. Leave if your so talented, and make room for hard workers like me that need permanent jobs. So much more i could say about the ignorance in the comments made by some of the people on this page but I'll stop here. Basically you want to work or you don't this is a good place to work if you do if you don't get out the way because I do.

Cons

Some of the people they hire just dont know anything about working or what it takes to keep a job.not the fault of Rehau at all, its just the plate they have to pick from from.

REHAU Response

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your employment experience. The HR world is a quickly-changing environment, and we keep abreast of all employee regulations and laws. REHAU offers many training programs and support for tuition reimbursement for employees to develop and take on different roles. Also, as a global company, we see REHAU as one large team (which is great for opportunity across the world!). As a German company, many of our systems and technologies essential to our US operations are developed in Germany, and this occasionally necessitates the need for our German colleagues most familiar with these systems to be transferred to the US. As always, we encourage employees to seek support directly through HR, as we have many resources and consulting professionals to assist as needed with more complex issues. Thank you for taking time to provide feedback.

Pros

Benefits are good , employees that work in fabercation are great. Most of the people working on the floor are wonderful people a joy to work with.

Cons

Don't get paid nearly enough for what they do. Employees complain about the pay all the time. They say it's competitive! But it's a horrible lie! Favoritism is horrible here. You will never get anywhere because of it.
