Office location in Singapore - food paradise. But sadly nobody comes to office
Cons
1. Useless highly over paid top management 2. Lazy, old, political staff that doesn't understand business at all. Very bad or no team spirit at all. High on Groupism 3. A company has 4 assistants to CEO who hardly comes to office but don't have sales people under some divisions 4. The top management sits at their home and only shouts at people, talks how to increase profitability by firing people and cutting salaries. 5. Horribly bad customer management: Don't care about the customers need. If questioned the lazy culture, you will be fired as nobody likes to question the status quo 6. Very high pay for top European heads (including horse allowance and swimming pool bungalows in city centre) but terribly bad pay for staff 7. Zero diversity - No woman or non-European in middle to senior level.
