Pros

Lori is a great leader and has put her people and firm first. I am fortunate to have worked with her here.

Cons

The office is not my aesthetic, but that is minor; it's all about the people.

Pros

Re/Max is a rock solid company with widely known and recognized brand. Re/Max provides a technology platform that supports busy, full time agents with useful tools and access to the most up-to-date technology and resources used in the industry today. Other brokers are typically seasoned professionals capable of managing their own businesses without the need for a lot of supervision and guidance.

Cons

There were not really any. What you see is what you get, and so it was a very straightforward operation. They do not offer a comprehensive training program for new agents, so it's not really a company for those without experience, but they also didn't seem to hire anyone without previous experience.
