      Pros

      -management is understanding of personal and professional balance. -good opportunities to climb the ladder -good pay for entry level job

      Cons

      -sometimes can lack team cohesion -feedback from management can be limited -not many benefits available, esp for entry level jobs

      Pros

      You are in control of how you want to approach your business. Management leaves you alone but is right there if you ask. Very supportive local management.

      Cons

      All commission so it can be feast or famine. Lengthy sales cycle and thus a long time to get paid. Technical staff is responsive if they know what to do. If you stump them they often choose to ignore you.
