      Pros

      Enjoyed the flexibility to allow me to have work life balance. Not as receptive to off-site work as some. Overall very nice folks.

      Cons

      Kind of stuck in their ways, but it's good that each broker owns his or her own business because it allows for individual flexibility.

      Good training, great brand recognition

      Cons

      Paying the monthly fees to be there was not good especially when business was slow. i didn't get much help with that money I spent. After a while I didn't see the value in it.

      Pros

      I was happy with the owners, managers, and number of training and marketing resources available at Remax. My co-workers were always happy to share their experience also.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to working at Remax is the fees. Unless you are a pretty high producer, then fees can be overwhelming at times and some of the things you pay for seem worthless.
