      Pros

      RE/MAX goes an outstanding job at branding their agents online. All other companies will brand themselves primarly online, while not doing so for their agents.

      Learn the applications/ software used by the TREB

      Cons

      No room to grow, stock doing the same job very repetative and boring ,as well as; expecting you to work weekends without paying you talking about banking hours. I did not take the job to bank hours does not pay the bills, it was not in my job discriptions, then again alot of things I did was not however same pay, even if you work on a holiday they don't pay overtime, they give you a day off in laiu of.
