Pros
Very knowledgable and supportive broker that stays up-to-date on industry and market trends, great in-house education opportunities, beautiful office space guaranteed to impress clients, very helpful office staff
Cons
The broker, while excellent at supporting and educating agents, does have her own real estate team that produces, so independent agents may have to compete with the broker. No room for advancement within the company - management structure is very limited. The broker is the sole manager and also produces, so it's possible that the broker cannot advise an agent if they are both working on the same transaction (designated agency).
