      Great example of how not to run a company

      Pros

      Broker is a high producer, although very abrasive and a borderline con artist. 95% commission split.

      Cons

      Very cutthroat culture. Broker will expect you to perform his menial tasks while not reimbursing you with either money or leads and will take your commission from you if given a chance.

      Not the right people on the right seat of the bus. No understanding of process and procedures. ID's stay away if you have 5+ years experience.
