Pros

More tools and information from corporate than you will ever need. Some useful. On-Demand Video training very helpful. Excellent level of expertise among fellow agents.

Cons

You are completely independent while in the office unless you have a partner - not necessarily a place for a beginner. Fees are larger than most. Every franchise is managed differently so be choosy when interviewing.

Pros

Great training offered to new agents that need help learning how to gain skills in prospecting. RE/MAX is a well known nationwide brand, helps gain credibility to your business. Creating a work life balance is very achievable at this company, and a great option for those with children.

Cons

At the end of my employment here, I was noticing the office fees were slowly creeping up, which was a concern.
