      Awesome hours. Great people to work with. Everyday is different.

      Pay could be better.Large work load, often dealing with other Realtors self employed that are not tech savvy and not organized.

      Good People Bad Management

      -interesting industry overall - agents were nice and very friendly -close location -group meetings to get people overall excited about what was coming in the near future

      Cons

      -Administrative staff treated very poorly no respect what so ever. -Pay is very low and "manager" barks orders unnecessarily. -No health or medical offered to some even though full time work.

      too many fees, no leads given, no training. needed more seminars and training to update on industry changes and ways to help be successful
