Pros

National Affiliate with international name recognition.

Cons

Broker Splits are high. The Split with the company and the head broker as well as the fees were too high. Many leads were promised but not fulfilled. The head office broker that interviewed me promised leads ready to go which was not the case at all.

Pros

Supervisor was understanding, hours 9-5 were great, no weekends, simple minded work

Cons

Realtors treat you like you are beneath them, if they do not have work then you have no work and it's BORING, pay is awful - no benefits, no set amount of yearly vacation, sick, etc., technology is all outdated (even the phone system)!
