      Pros

      Not really any to mention except that your day passed very quickly.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations, not enough support staff to cover the hugh number of deals being processed. Management puts realtors before the support staff every single time. Very poor benefits. This place was an adult daycare run by big egos.

      Pros

      Easy to get along with the employees. The training only takes 6 months for what I do. Good work/life balance. I was working M-F from 9-5 and that was great.

      Cons

      The management was horrible. Many bad decisions made by management which cost the company time and money. Not much room for advancement. No overtime opportunities.
