      Personal growth, learning to take initiative, learn ropes of the business for seasoned professional, flexible hours/schedule, can work from home

      Cons

      So much to learn regarding addendums, purchase/listing agreements, different forms required for different types of housing. All in all, its an overwhelming amount to learn for the first few months.

      Pros

      Nice building with faux gold fixtures on the 12th floor. Plenty of attractive young people and a foosball table.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability in all leadership positions. In short... if you are a friend of Dave's -you have a job for life. If not, you are a piece of meat in a seat.
