Pros

The workload is clear and straightforward, however management prioritizes everyone and everthing else over their staff. Overall, they have bonuses, fun events, and are inclusive.

Cons

Agents are racist, sexist, disrespectful to staff yet management does nothing. Office is not diverse. Very few people of color, women etc;
