      Public perception is the Brand pays the Realtors directly, they do not understand what working for commission really means.

      Pros

      The entire office works together cohesively to motiivate one another. NO compeition. If I can't attend a closing, someone volunteers to sit in for me. We can share buyers and split the commission. It's all about the client at our office. Seriously!

      Cons

      Absolutely NONE! It's truly a team effort at Re/Max. If you are not a team player, don't apply.
