Pros

Re/Max brokerages are franchised allowing the broker/owner to customize the brokerage. Great commission splits, more opportunities to increase your split unlike some of the other national brands. Good support with webinars and training.

Cons

No "real" email system- email goes through a ghost server to email address of your choice- no one can figure out how to make my outgoing emails send as my Re/Max account- so/so tech support.

Pros

I work from home. Pay a "desk fee" to RE/MAX. Having the name to work with has made my life as a Realtor a whole lot easier. The thing about just paying a fee to this Brokerage is it weeds not those who cannot sell real estate. Those who can make a great living. Easy simple and works.

Cons

Not good for those who cannot be self employed.
