      Pros

      Although I receive no benefits, I love my job! I work with a very diverse group of brokers, agents, and clients that bring something different to every day. Each office is independently owned/operated but the support that we receive from RE/MAX is unequaled!

      Cons

      There are no benefits since i am the only person in the office who isn't a 1099 employee.

      consistent hours, RE/MAX provides outreach to local communities and charities. management is great. being able to work from home.

      no benefits, no room for development, being a real estate agent you have long hours.
