      Pros

      Part of a dynamic team. Even when confronted by a heavy workload everybody does their part and we consistently meet deadlines. Understanding of schedules and external commitments. If I obligations outside of work they are greeted with understanding and a lack of discrimination. The midtown is developing fast and you have the chance to develop with it!

      Music in the office should be more varied.

      Pros

      A lot of contact with the public. No nights or weekend...straight 40 hour week.

      Cons

      Heave competition between agents leads to questioning the Administrative Assistant on a regular basis about the assignment of leads. No benefits or overtime.

      Pros

      $10 an hour is still more than minimum wage. Sometimes food was brought into the office. Bathrooms were provided.

      Cons

      Paid well below the national average for gas reimbursement, so it definitely didn't cover wear and tear on my car. Inappropriate and terrible things were said constantly. Illegal activities happened all the time (taking checks from files before all the paperwork was submitted, having people without licenses use the lockbox key, etc.). Honestly the worst place I've ever worked.
