      The schedules were generally flexible, and the supervisors easy to get along with. A good mix of downtime and uptime during the work day.

      Cons

      The rate of pay was not that great. The salary could have been more competitive. People buying houses are sometimes very hard to deal with.

      They tell you all these amazing things that you will be doing during the internship process, but all you end up doing in building analysis after building analysis and the pay is less than $2/hour.
