Pros

The branding that comes with working at ReMax. Potential clients might be more inclined to work with you because of the marketing that ReMax does.

Cons

I worked at ReMax while flipping homes. I was new to the business and informed by the owner that I would receive guidance to the flipping side of the industry. But once I signed up I was hardly in touch with anyone to assist me. For the monthly fee $230 it was a complete loss of money in my opinion. Highly recommend starting off with a privately owned broker and working your way up.
