      Theres music playing and they promise great things

      Cons

      They lie about their great promises Sweat shop work for sweat shop pay No room for growth, little to no guidance from supervisors Not given appropriate work (spreadsheets, excel for hours) Overall horrible environment

      Re/Max has great brand recognition. Great international network reach. Referral bonuses all around.

      Cons

      Your employment experience heavily depends on the brokers/owners you're working for. My boss was TERRIBLE, but that has to do more with person than the actual company.
