      Pros

      Salary potential is unlimited. Compared to other brokerages, realtors get to keep 100% of their salary. Re/Max has the largest market share in western Canada. In Calgary market share is 41% on average.

      Cons

      Expensive monthly desk fees, first six months the hardest for making income right away. Lot's of hours on weekends and evenings. Have to pay someone to look after your business when away.

      There are few cons to even remember, nonetheless mention. Great place to hang your hat.

      They have a bathroom. There is nothing about this place worth liking.

      Cons

      Very unfriendly staff! Everyone is against everyone. The Owners have no idea how to run a company. No health insurance.
