      Amazing internet lead generating system and premier website, Personal coaching, opportunity for designations and education.

      Cons

      A full time salesperson will often have long hours seasonally at least 60+ hours a week, weekends, evenings and some holidays. Expect to be on call on phone or email constantly. Commission based career.

      Remax is a great environment to work in. A friendly team with a great culture, Remax always makes sure that it takes cares of its employees by having an effective work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not any I can think of at the moment. The company on the whole has taken great strides over the past few years and continues to improve.
