Pros

My broker has been an incredible mentor to me over the years. With RE/MAX and her guidance, I've been able to take my career further than I ever thought. With leading edge technology, a global referral network, and the tools needed to make real estate a business, I have been incredibly successful. From $100,000- $250,000 a year in commissions, the possibilities are endless. Your success if directly related to how hard you are willing to work and the leadership of your broker, I am thankful to have had a great experience.

Cons

Being in sales can lead to a range of salary, and is based on my personal efforts combined with my broker and office marketing. Pay is not always consistent, but this is due to being solely paid on commission, like all real estate agents.
